What is the delivery time for my order?
We do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible. For the Netherlands, an average delivery time of 24 hours applies. In some cases it may happen that the delivery ring is delayed. Therefore, always keep a close eye on your track and trace.
For other countries within the EU, an average delivery time of 2 to 4 working days applies.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is free for orders within the Netherlands and Belgium.
Different rates apply to all other countries within Europe. These are calculated at checkout.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with a Track and Trace information. Here you can find the status of your package and change your delivery if necessary.
Can i cancel my order?
Since we process and package your order as quickly as possible, it is unfortunately not possible to cancel your order.
If you do not want to keep the product, it can be returned to us.
In which countries do you deliver?
Mancraft delivers throughout Europe. The carrier is determined based on the country of destination.
What are your return conditions?
Return period
You must register your return within 14 days of receipt. After this, you have another 14 days to return the product to us.
Return conditions
According to the law, care devices are considered hygiene items. Hygiene items must be returned in their original, unopened condition. We want you to be able to view our products and that is why we do accept opened orders. However, if the product has been used upon return, we are forced to charge a cleaning fee of €15. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
Mancraft does not reimburse return costs.
How can I return my order?
If you want to return your order, you can send an email to info@mancraft.nl within 14 days of receiving the package. We will then send you return instructions. After this, you have 14 days to return the product in its original condition to the delivery service.
