Returns conditions

You must report your return within 14 days of receipt. After this, you have another 14 days to return the product to us.

According to the law, care devices are considered hygiene products. Hygiene products must be returned unopened. We want you to be able to view our products, which is why we do accept opened orders. However, if the product has been used upon return, we are forced to charge €15 cleaning costs. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

Register return

To register your return, you can send us an email at info@mancraft.nl . We will then send you return instructions. After this, you have 14 days to return the product in its original state to the delivery service.

Mancraft does not reimburse return costs.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to try the product, we can pass on this reduction in value of the product/packaging to you . So treat the product with care and make sure that it is properly packaged when returned . For used items we charge €15 cleaning costs.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Mancraft will not be held responsible for lost or damaged products caused by improper return packaging.
We will refund the amount to the payment method used for the purchase.
It may take up to 10 business days for your return to be processed.

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are at your own expense. These costs amount to approximately 7.25 per package, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to sell the product, we can pass on this reduction in value of the product to you. So treat the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returned.

To exercise this right, you can contact us via info@mancraft.nl . We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after notification of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
